Luck o’ the Irish in 4-H four-leaf clover

St. Patrick’s Day with Speedway Builders, Good Sam residents

The “luck of the Irish” for residents of the Good Samaritan Society-Mountain Lake’s two facilities, The Lodge and The Village – was found in a 4-H four-leaf clover during a St. Patrick’s Day party on Tuesday, March 17, hosted by members of the Speedway Builders 4-H Club and their advisors at the nursing home facility. It was a time of celebration of St. Paddy’s Day across the generations.

The event featured fast-paced games of Bingo – and plenty of sweet treat prizes.

But – the real “pot o’ gold” for the residents was the opportunity to spend some time visiting with new friends who brought some fun times into their home.
