NWS updates winter storm track

Track will continue to wobble, but potential for substantial area snowfall remains

AS NATIONAL WEATHER Service (NWS) continues to grow with the approaching winter storm, here is a first look at potential snowfall totals. A couple of cautionary notes . . . the storm track will continue to wobble over the next 24-to-36 hours and thus these snow totals WILL change. Also, notice the tight gradient on both the north and south side of the heavier band. A very small shift in the storm track will lead to drastically different snow totals. The NWS urges everyone to continue to stay up-to-date with the LATEST snowfall forecast from a trusted source as details continue to be refined. (NWS graphic)
