Topic will be ‘Developing Gritty Students’
A professional development opportunity for educations is scheduled for Tuesday, October 3, 3:15 to 4:30 p.m., at the Music/Fellowship Room at Mountain Lake Christian (MLC). The school is located at 710 11th Street North.
Facilitator will be Kim Friesen, MLC Pre-K-Grade 8 Principal. The cost for non-MLC staff is $10. Contact MLC at (507) 427-2010 to register. CEU (Continuing Education Unit) certificate will be available upon completion.
Questions to be answered during the training – under the topic “Developing Gritty Students” – include:
- What does it take to be successful in this world?
- How can educators take their students to the next level with sustained growth?
- Is there power in perseverance?
