Private family services for 91-year-old Minnie Paulson of Mountain Lake, Minnesota, will be held at a later date, in keeping with her wishes.
Minnie Paulson passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at the Good Samaritan Society of Mountain Lake-The Village.
Minnie Elaine Paulson was born on the family farm in Cottonwood County, Minnesota on September 11, 1925, the daughter of August and Louise (Tschetter) Freitag. She was a cook at the Good Samaritan Village in Mountain Lake for over 20 years, and worked at various restaurants over the years.
Minnie was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Mountain Lake and the Butterfield VFW Auxiliary in Butterfield, Minnesota. She enjoyed gardening and taking care of the apple trees.
She is survived by her children, Roger Paulson of Mountain Lake, Jane Gran of Norfolk, Virginia, Jean Murphree of Mountain Lake and Robert (Sandra) Paulson of Mountain Lake.
