MLES makes final call for Campbell’s Labels for Education

Banked points redeemable through August 1

For over 42 years, Campbell’s has proudly offered Labels for Education® which has contributed more than $110 million in arts, athletics and acadmics school supplies to tens of thousands of schools across the United States. For the products participating in the program, it was one of a number of ways in which they supported Americans kids and families as part of their commitment to being a responsible corporate citizen.

Due to declining participation, the decision was made a year ago to wind down the program.

For participating schools, such as Mountain Lake Public School (MLPS), banked points will not be affected, and all points earned can be used to redeem any item currently listed in the Merchandise Catalog.

According to Annette Kunkel and Amy Hartzler, co-advisors of the Mountain Lake Public Elementary School (MLES) Student Council, the group which handles the labels, the last submission mailed to Campbell’s will be on Thursday, May 25. If anyone has a collection of “Labels” to be donated, bring them to the school before that date so they can be clipped and packaged.
