MLC moms, grandmoms savor their ‘muffin-time’

. . . with those who give them those honored titles

Moms (and grandmoms) of students at Mountain Lake Christian (MLC) Elementary enjoyed their morning muffin-time with those who give them those honored titles – their children and grandchildren.

“Muffins For Mom” event was held before school on Wednesday, February 22, and featured a wide variety of muffin choices.

Below are some photos from the event:

AT LEFT, GOING through the muffin line are Sara Nickel and a trio of daughters that call her “Mom!” Front-to-back, Lexi, Emmalyn and Kirstin. Assisting them at the serving table at right is Kim Friesen, High School Language Arts/Lead Teacher.

LYNN STONEKING IS surrounded by three of her favorite folks. From left, son, Jackson and daughters, Evelyn and Pearl.

SELECTING A BOOTH for some private mother-son time are Connie Smith, left, and her son, Daniel, right.

MOMS, GRANDMOMs – and the MLC students who are V.I.P.s (Very Important Persons) to them gather in the school’s dining area for an early morning “Muffins With Mom” event.
