Work begins on prepping new industrial park for businesses
Work has begin on prepping the city’s newest industrial park – the Mountain Lake Commercial Park – for businesses.
G. M. Contracting of Lake Crystal was awarded the bid for the installation of water, sewer, streets and curb and gutter at a cost of $1,179,435.91. The low bid from G. M. Contracting was 14% below the engineer’s estimate.
The industrial park is located in southwest Mountain Lake, just northeast of the intersection of Minnesota State Highway #60 and Cottonwood County Road #27.
