Bingham Lake woman, juvenile female transported to Windom Area Hospital
According to a report by the Minnesota State Patrol, shortly after 1 p.m. today (Monday, July 3), a 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix, driven by 37-year-old Mitchell Storlien of North Mankato, traveling eastbound on Minnesota State Highway #60, rear-ended a 2004 Chevrolet Impala SS, driven by Karla Ambrose, 44, of Bingham Lake, that was stopped to turn from eastbound Highway #60 to northbound Cottonwood County Road #44 North.
Ambrose and a 14-year-old juvenile female passenger in the Impala were transported to Windom Area Hospital by Windom Ambulance with believed non-life-threatening injuries.
Also assisting the Minnesota State Patrol were the Windom Fire Department, Windom Police Department and the Cottonwood County Sheriff’s Office.
