MLPS School Board meeting start time change

Was done to coordinate with the Mountain Lake City Council 

 

FOR THE REMAINDER of the fiscal school year, the Mountain Lake Public School (MLPS) School Board meeting start time will be 5:30 p.m., rather than 6 p.m. This will affect the regular monthly dates of Monday, May 15, Monday, June 26 and Monday, July 17. The change was made in coordination with the Mountain Lake City Council, which shifted their meeting times from 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. The school board meets the third Monday of each month, while the city council’s meetings are held the first and third Monday of every montoh. The meeting time changes will allow members of each governing board to attend the others’ meetings for increased communication and cooperation.
