Alleged road rage incident Thanksgiving night

According to a report released by the Watonwan County Sheriff’s Office, on Thursday evening, November 14, at approximately 6:10 p.m., the Watonwan County Sheriff’s Dispatch Center took a complaint of an alleged road rage incident that took place on Watonwan County Road #27, just south of St. James.

The complainant in one vehicle stated that the individual in another vehicle involved pointed a gun out of the vehicle window and fired a single shot in his general direction.

At approximately 8:55 p.m. the suspect in alleged road rage shooting, his vehicle and the gun involved were located at a residence in the St. James.

A 28-year-old male, who resides in El Paso Texas, was arrested and is currently being held in the Watonwan County Jail pending charges.
