Windom Figure Skating Club registration Tuesday, September 20
It’s time for those interested in figure skating to. “Come on in. The ice is nice.”
Windom Figure Skating Club, celebrating 40 years this season, invites those interested in learning to ice skate with them to come to registration on Tuesday, September 20, at the Windom Arena. Registration for new skaters will be at 6 p.m.; with sign-up for previous participants running from 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Skaters must be three-years-old by September 1 to be eligible for lessons.
A skate exchange will also be held from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., with the opportunity to buy and sell used skates and clothing.
Lessons will be held for a half-hour on Tuesdays, with a tentative starting date of Tuesday, October 18.
