Defeat #3-ranked 9-man team in state
Head Coach Tim Kirk’s Mountain Lake Area (MLA) Wolverines Varsity Football team recorded a big win at home Friday night, September 18, defeating Edgerton/Ellsworth (E/E), 46-22. Going into the game, E/E was the #3-ranked 9-man team in Minnesota.
The victory gives the squad a 4-1 season record.
Next up, the Wolverines travel to Westbrook next Friday, September 25, to take on Westbrook/Walnut Grove.
