Scheduling Conference is slated for Friday, January 16

The lawsuit of Kuechle Underground, Inc., as plaintiff v. the City of Mountain Lake, as defendant, continues to make its way through the court process.

A Scheduling Conference before the Honorable Christina M. Wietzema, Judge of District Court for the Fifth Judicial District, is slated for 2 p.m. on Friday afternoon, January 16, 2015, at the Cottonwood County Courthouse in Windom.

All parties involved in the lawsuit must appear at the Scheduling Conference, unless, in the alternative, the parties submit a joint proposed order with stipulated dates and deadlines to follow during the course of the litigation. This proposed order needs to:

* Provide for alternative dispute resolution.

* Establish a date for the completion of discovery.

* Address all issues.

* Include trial and pre-trial dates that have been cleared and/or arranged by the Cottonwood County Court Administrator as acceptable and available court dates.

If any alternative proposed order is submitted to the Court by Tuesday, January 6, 2015, the Scheduling Conference will be cancelled and taken off the calendar.
