According to a Nixle alert from the Mountain Lake Police Department, a snow emergency for the City of Mountain Lake will begin at midnight tonight. All vehicles must remain off city streets until they are plowed. Cars will be ticketed if not moved, and possibly towed. Snow removal will begin about 4 a.m. tomorrow morning (Friday, February 21).
