Jubilee Farm Market & Peacemeals open to the public
Jubilee Fruits & Vegetables of Mountain Lake is ready to celebrate a “jubilee” of a grand opening for their newest enterprise – Jubilee Market & Peacemeals – this Wednesday, November 11. Hours of operation will run from 10 a.m.to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Jubilee Farm Market & Peacemeals is located 1310 Mountain Lake Road. For information, contact them by phone a 507-360-3293.
Jubilee Market & Peacemeals features salads, soups and sandwiches – to eat in or to go – as well as fresh bread, jams and pickles.
Patrons will also be able to see the new “icicle tricycle” – a cargo food vending cart powered by bicycle. The addition was the end result of a SHIP (Statewide Health Improvement Program) grant.
To top off the grand opening, there will be plenty of goodies to sample.
Both Jubilee operations are “always growing” and will be open all year round.
The Jubilee mission is to be: “Caring for each other, growing creatively and cultivating community. Our goal is to delight and satisfy customers by providing quality produce that is grown locally using minimal nonrenewable resources.”
