MLA FFA at Minnesota State Fair

Chapter has success at annual summer-ending competition event

A number of Mountain Lake Area (MLA) FFA Chapter members were recognized for their Minnesota State Fair entries.

These included:

+ Dylan Oeltjenbruns and Caitlin Oeltjenbruns – Reserve Champion Heavyweight Market Goat.

+ Madison Dahna – First in Breeding Gilt Hog, Third in Market Gilt Hog and additional other placings.

+ Hunter Dahna – Third in Pen of Three Sheep and additional other placings.

+ Jared Willaby – Third Overall in Crop Samples.

+ MLA FFA Chapter – Third Overall in Crop Exhibits.

In addition, member Nathan Regier spent time working at CHS Miracle of Birth Center on the state fairgrounds, including an appearance on a special Minnesota State Fair program on KARE 11.
