Helping keep folks healthy ‘back home’

Megan Pohlman, PA-C joins Sanford Health Clinics in Mountain Lake, Windom

Sanford Medical Clinics in Mountain Lake and Windom announce that Megan Pohlman, PA-C, will be helping keep folks healthy “back home.”

Pohlman, a native of the area, is the daughter of Kevin and Kathy Johnson of Mountain Lake. She is a 2011 graduate of Jackson County Central. Her undergraduate studies were completed at South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota, and she attended graduate school at the University of South Dakota (USD) School of Health Sciences in Vermillion, South Dakota, receiving her master’s degree in physician assistant studies in 2017. Pohlman is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physicians Assistants (NCCPA).

Her focus is on family medicine, and her objective is, “To deliver compassionate healthcare in a timely manner while meeting specific physical and emotional needs.”

Pohlman loves spending time with her husband, Ike, also a Jackson County Central grad and USD student; other family members and friends. She enjoys to be outside walking with her dog, running, biking, hiking and camping. She also enjoys traveling.
