13th annual fundraiser is an investment in the school’s future
The 13th annual Mountain Lake Christian (MLC) Benefit Auction will be held this Friday, April 7, at the school, located at 710 11th Street North. Doors open at 5 p.m. for browsing, and the live auction starts at 6:30 p.m.
The benefit features both a live and a silent auction.
Every year the live auction includes goods and services not available anywhere else. These include: gift certificates, apparel, auto and auto care, electronics, entertainment, farm, food, health and beauty, home decor, kitchen, outdoors, services, sporting goods, tools and hardware, toys and games and miscellaneous items.

Themed gift baskets of all varieties means there is something for everyone at the silent auction. Past basket themes have included car care, rainy day activities, family game night, coffee lovers, scrapbooking, car activities, dinner-and-a-movie and more.
Food and beverages will be available for sale, beginning right when the doors open.
