Mountain Lake Memorial Day 5K + 1/2-Mile Kids Race, One-Mile Fun Run/Walk
Game Plan Events (gameplaneventscom) is sponsoring a Mountain Lake Memorial Day 5K on Monday, May 30. Additional races will include a 1/2-Mile Kids Race and a One-Mile Fun Run/Walk. All races will start and end in Mountain Lake City Park. Part of the proceeds will help church programs.
Line-up of events is as follows:
+ 12 noon-2:30 p.m. – Packet pick-up and registration.
+ 3 p.m – 1/2-Mile Kids Race.
+ 3:20 p.m. – 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk.
+ 4 p.m – 5K Race.
Pre-Race Day registration fees are $10 for the Kids Race, $15 for the Run/Walk and $25 for the 5K. Runners registering by Thursday, May 19 are guaranteed a T-shirt. Race Day registration fees will be $15 for the Kids Race, $20 for the Run/Walk and $30 for the 5K.
Awards will be presented to the top two finishers in each age category.
