Names of monetary award winners released
Members of the Butterfield-Odin Public High School (B-OHS) Class of 2016 were recently awarded monetary scholarships for their future education.
Following are the scholarships and their recipients:
+ Butterfield Foods ($1,000 per year of study up to four years) – Dayana Rodriguez.
+ Butterfield Lions ($400) – Hayley Johnson and Julia Hiebert.
+ Class of 1957 ($1,000) – Haley Kaehler.
+ Good Samaritan Society of Mountain Lake (dollar per hour of work) – Michelle Perez ($916) and Haley Kaehler ($133).
+ Good Samaritan Society of Mountain Lake (pays 100% of tuition and books) – Michelle Perez and Haley Kaehler.
+ Irene Wenner Memorial ($750) – Hayley Johnson, Haley Kaehler and Michelle Perez.
+ La Convivencia Scholarship ($250) – Dayana Rodriguez.
+ Lori Johnson ($200) – Mackenzie Blickem.
+ Luther Memorial Home ($500) – Michelle Perez and Hayley Jonson.
+ Miller Brothers ($500) – Mackenzie Blickem, Julia Hiebert, Paul Hanson, Gabby Kruchek, Derek Meyer, Michelle Perez, Hayley Johnson and Haley Kaehler.
+ Morgan and Florence Haugen ($800) – Dayana Rodriguez.
+ Red Fridays “Support Our Troops” ($200) – Gabby Kruchek, Michelle Perez and Paul Hanson.
+ St. James American Legion Post #33 ($500) – Mackenzie Blickem.
