THE WELCOME MAT was quickly rolled out on the appearance of a robin on Thursday, March 10. Although the robin’s song was heard earlier, no actual physical evidence of the robin’s return from wintering farther south as a snowbird was spotted until this friend stopped for a snack of berries.
