Section 2A One-Act Play Festival schedule released

MLHS play, ‘The Middle of Yesterday,’ to be fourth of eight plays

THE MLHS ONE-Act Play, “The Middle of Yesterday,” was named as the first-place play in Saturday’s Sub-Section 2A contest. They advance to Section 2A competition this Saturday, February 6, in Jordan. The MLHS play will be the final one before a mealtime break, and one of eight plays on the day. The schedule is as follows: St. Clair High School – 10 a.m.; St. Peter High School – 10:55 a.m.; Medford High School – 11:50 a.m.; MLHS – 12:45 p.m.; Springfield High School – 1:50 p.m.; Maple River High School – 2:45 p.m.; Le Sueur-Henderson High School – 3:40 p.m. and Belle Plaine High School – 4:35 p.m. The awards ceremony will be held at approximately 5:30 p.m. Anyone wishing to see the play can attend rehearsal on Wednesday, February 3, at 5:30 p.m. (if there is school) OR for the student body performance at 2:25 on Friday afternoon, February 5.
