Face USC at Wells on Monday, October 24
Head Coach Cheri Peterson will take her varsity Mountain Lake Area (MLA) Wolverine volleyball squad to Wells on Monday night, October 24, to face United South Central (USC) in the opening round of the Section 2A Volleyball Tournament, with first serve at 7 p.m.
The Wolverines, with a 5-16-3 record, are seeded #10 in the South Section 2A. USC, 6-21, is ranked #7.
The winner of this match will go up against the #2-seed, St. Clair (25-4), at St. Clair on Thursday, October 27, with a 7 p.m. start time.
Ranked first in the South is Waterville/Elysian/Morristown (WEM), sporting a 27-4 record on the season. The #1-seed in the North Section 2A is Mayer Lutheran, 20-4.
